When you register, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, event selections, guest information, referral information, questions, and communication preferences. We also keep consent timestamps and limited security information used to prevent automated abuse.

We use this information to process registrations, send confirmations and event updates, respond to questions, operate the registration system, prevent abuse, and—only when selected—send future GGC Events announcements and community updates.

Registration-related messages are separate from optional announcements. You may unsubscribe from announcements at any time using the link in those messages or by contacting us. Unsubscribing from announcements does not prevent essential messages about an event you registered for.

We use service providers, including website hosting, database, authentication, and email-delivery providers, to operate this Site. We do not sell registration information.

We retain registration information only as reasonably necessary for event administration, communication records, security, and applicable obligations. Short-lived, hashed network identifiers used for abuse prevention are automatically removed after approximately 24 hours. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

To request access, correction, deletion, or help with your communication preferences, email events@ggcevents.org. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

We may update this policy as the Site and its services change. The effective date above indicates the latest revision.
